The essence of food and water in daily Yoga practise
We have discussed about ways to begin with Yoga and Meditation practise for beginners in the previous blogs. The practise should ideally begin with a good nutritional diet and may be followed with a suitable/recommended food and water diet throughout the day.
As we are aware, Yoga practise deals with the physical aspects of one’s body through various asanas or poses and Meditation deals with ways to deal with mind’s approach to calmness through various breathing and other techniques.
If you only intend to follow a regular Yoga and Meditation as a routine on daily basis; consumption of a balanced food and water as a diet also form an important aspect to maintain a healthy lifestyle
Taking food through a balanced diet helps you to perform yoga while also helping your body to focus and adjust to coping mechanism in line with yoga poses. Yoga, at times helps your body to de-stress and lets your body get in sync with right kind of food nourished. On a longer run, if diet style food is followed regularly as convenient to one’s requirements, (the diet)it helps a person to achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle through regular yoga exercises.
Water is also an essential requirement for one’s body to cope with the physical and mental mechanisms throughout the day. Regular consumption of water will help to achieve a balance energy required to perform the day’s activities. Typically, your day may be commenced with at least a glass of water and thus ‘kick-off’ the self for the day. Thereafter water may be given an equal importance as relevant to food consumed.Like food, water too will help to attain healthy and balanced lifestyle throughout in phases.
The benefits of a balanced consumption of food and water may visible through boundless energy demonstrated by active participation in a day’s activities- after having consistently practiced performed Yoga and Meditation workouts in our everyday life.
